- Making of Case sheet and Registration Card
- Recording of case by Assistant physician followed by relevant investigation and Repertorisation.
- After the recording of the case is complete the same is thoroughly analyzed by Chief consultant followed by prescription.
- After the prescription by the Chief Consultant the medicines are dispensed by the pharmacist.
- Next appointment for follow–up visit is given at Reception.
